Industry professionals are welcome to explore our wholesale equipment rental portal for instant booking, live pricing, and real time equipment availability. We have thousands of lasers in stock. Cleaned, aligned, and usually will ship on the same day.
- We offer lasers from Lightwave, Kvant, Arctos and more.
- Lasers will arrive with sequential labeling, and we will email you projector calibration files so that your rig plugs in ready to use. In order and with a fully trained color pallet. No hunting for projector serial numbers.
- Large selection of Control, Licenses, Timecode, Cable Packages, Mirrors, Effects
- Special effects equipment: Cryo and Tankless C02, Confetti equipment and supplies, fogscreens, water screens, foggers, flame effects, spark effects, pyrotechnics, distro, and more.
- Technicians are not included. If you are a Laser company, in some situations we can offer a technician for hire to simplify insurance and regulatory hurdles. ( Ex, Audience Scanning, FAA, NYSDOL, States/Cities with Laser Requirements, Equipment Insurance ) We have active coverage with all states and regions that have additional laser requirements, and sometimes the use of our tech(s) will simplify these steps for you. This includes USA and International requirements.
- We will coordinate with your logistics team, but dry hire does not include project or site management or any other services aside from providing equipment
- If you also need shipping, we have negotiated some of the best LTL rates available and are happy to quote your shipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify for subrental and dry hire terms:
- You must be a legal entertainment business with a valid Tax ID Number
- Have active insurance, and prepare an AI certificate
- Provide a COI for hired/rented equipment at replacement value
Additionally, If renting lasers, provide:
- Current valid CDRH FDA Variance
- Annual Report renewal letter with an active date
- Audience Scanning rentals require a proper variance
- If your variance is expired or lacks scope for our larger systems, we can help renew and/or amend your current variance. For faster service we can also offer a technician for hire.
